ارزشیابی کیفیت‌ پایان‌نامه‌های دانش‌آموختگان کارشناسی ارشد رشته‌ روانشناسی تربیتی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی کیفیت و شناسایی نقاط ضعف و قوت بخش‌های مختلف پایان‌نامه‌های کارشناسی ارشد رشته‌ روانشناسی تربیتی دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر تهران بود. روش پژوهش از نوع ارزشیابی و جامعه‌ آماری شامل تمام پایان‌نامه‌های دوره‌ کارشناسی ارشد رشته روانشناسی تربیتی دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر تهران در دوره‌ زمانی 1395-1392 بود که از میان آنها به ­طور تصادفی سه دانشگاه  الزهرا، تهران و علامه طباطبایی انتخاب شدند. همچنین 90 پایان‎نامه به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش چک‌لیست پژوهشگر ساخته و شامل 6 مؤلفه،30 شاخص و 83 نشانگر بود و روایی محتوایی لاوشی آن 92/0 و پایایی آن با فرمول پایایی بین کدگذاران(ICR) برابر80/0 به­ دست آمد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که وضعیت 3/63 درصد از شاخص‌های پایان‌نامه‌های بررسی شده نامطلوب، 7/16 درصد کاملاً مطلوب، 10 درصد مطلوب، 7/6 درصد نسبتاً مطلوب و 3/3 درصد کاملاً نامطلوب است. همچنین در میان6 مؤلفه، وضعیت مؤلفه کلیات پژوهش نامطلوب، بحث ‌و نتیجه‌گیری نامطلوب، بنیان ‌نظری و پیشینه‌ پژوهش مطلوب، روش‌های پژوهش مطلوب، مسائل بنیادی مطلوب و تحلیل یافته‌ها کاملاً مطلوب است. به‌منظور زمینه‌سازی برای بهبود کیفیت پایان‌‌نامه‌ها، پیشنهادهایی متناسب با ساختار و امکانات آموزشی فعلی ارائه شده است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of the present research was to evaluate and identify the quality and the weaknesses and strengths of different sections of master's degree thesis in educational psychology at Tehran universities. The research method was evaluation and the statistical population included all the master's degree theses in the field of educational psychology at Tehran universities during the 2013-2016 academic year. Of these,  Alzahra  University, Tehran University, and Allameh Tabataba'ei University  were randomly selected. Using stratified sampling, 90 thesis were randomly selected. The tool of research was a researcher made checklist including 6 components, 30 indicators and 83 variables. The Lavashi content validity was estimated at 0.92. The reliability correlation coefficient with the stability formula between coders (ICR) was calculated at 0.80. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics.The findings showed that the  status of 63/3% of  thesis’s indicators were undesirable, 16/7% quite desirable, 10% desirable, 6/7% partly desirable and 3/3%  quite undesirable.  Also among the six components, the general status of the research component was undesirable, the discussion and conclusion was undesirable, the foundations and the history of the research was desirable, the research methods desirable, the theoretical basis issues were desirable and the analysis of the findings was quite desirable. In order to improve the quality of the thesis, suggestions were made to suit the current educational structure and facilities.
