چکیده

بیکاری از پیچیده‌ترین مشکلاتی است که در زمان حاضر وجود دارد و با وجود توجه مسئولان به ایجاد کار، کشور ایران همواره با انبوهی از دانش‌آموختگان بیکار جویای کار روبه ­روست، دانش‌آموختگانی که با تقبل هزینه­ های هنگفت و صرف وقت چندین ساله تخصص‌هایی کسب کرده‌اند. در این خصوص، دانشگاه می‌تواند از طریق شناسایی و به­‌کارگیری عوامل محیطی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی که ظهور کارآفرینی را آسان می‌سازند، زمینۀ مناسب را فراهم آورد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش تعاملی عوامل فرهنگی و آموزش کارآفرینی بر نیت کارآفرینی دانشجویان انجام شد. روش پژوهش به­‌صورت توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعۀ آماری شامل کلیۀ دانشجویان دانشکده­ های فنی، مهندسی برق و کامپیوتر دانشگاه تبریز بود که 211 دانشجو از طریق نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامۀ عوامل فرهنگی و نیت کارآفرینی استفاده شد. داده‌ها با آزمون‌های آماری همبستگی و رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی تجزیه ‌و تحلیل شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین عوامل فرهنگی (باور به توانایی و مسئولیت‌پذیری) با نیت کارآفرینی رابطۀ مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. بین عامل فرهنگی (باور به توانایی) و آموزش کارآفرینی رابطۀ مثبت و معنادار مشاهده شد. بین عامل فرهنگی (مسئولیت‌پذیری) و آموزش کارآفرینی رابطۀ معنادار مشاهده نشد. از سویی رابطۀ معنادار بین دو متغیر آموزش کارآفرینی و نیت کارآفرینی وجود داشت. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که عوامل فرهنگی و آموزش کارآفرینی نقش تعاملی را در پیش‌بینی نیت کارآفرینی دانشجویان ندارند.

چکیده [English]

Unemployment is one of the most complex problems in the present time.  Despite the authorities’ concern for creating jobs, Iran always has suffered from a large number of unemployed and job-seeking graduates.  Graduates who specialized in high costs and spent many years for their specialization. Universities can provide the basis for this by identifying and using environmental, economic, and cultural factors that facilitate entrepreneurship. This study was conducted with the aim of examining the interactive role of cultural factors and entrepreneurship education on the students′ entrepreneurial intention. The method used in this study was a descriptive correlational type and the population included all the students at the faculties of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Tabriz University from which 211 students were selected using stratified random sampling. The cultural factors and entrepreneurship intention questionnaires were used to gather data. The correlation and hierarchical regression were used to analyze the data. The results showed a significant positive correlation between cultural factors (responsibility and capability belief) and intention (p < .05). Findings indicated a significant positive correlation between capability belief and intention. However, there was no significant correlation between cultural factor (responsibility) and entrepreneurship education (p < .05). On the other hand, there was a significant correlation between the two variables of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship intention (p = .001, r = .76).  In addition, the result showed that the cultural factors and entrepreneurship education did not play any integrative role in the prediction of the students’ entrepreneurship intention (p < .05).
