چکیده
این مطالعه با هدف طراحی و اعتباریابی الگوی جذب دانشجوی خارجی در برنامه پنج­ ساله هفتم پیشرفت جمهوری اسلامی ایران با هدف تقویت تبادل‌ برنامه درسی دانشگاه‌ها صورت گرفت. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی- پیمایشی بود و برای دستیابی به هدف از طرح پژوهش آمیخته اکتشافی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی مدیران و رؤسای دانشکده‌های واحد بین­ الملل دانشگاه رازی بودند که 12 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جامعه آماری در بخش کمّی کلیه استادان هیئت علمی و دانشجویان خارجی واحد بین­ الملل دانشگاه رازی کرمانشاه بودند که 427 نفر با روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه نیمه‌ ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه محقق­ ساخته بود. برای تحلیل مصاحبه‌های تخصصی از روش گرندد تئوری و نرم­ افزار SPSS و در بخش کمّی از روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و نرم ­افزار SmartPls استفاده شد. یافته‌ها در بخش کیفی مؤید ابعاد شش­ گانه نظریه مبنایی بود. مقوله‌های شکل­ دهنده جذب دانشجوی خارجی شامل‌ موجبات علّی، راهبردها، عوامل زمینه‌ای، عوامل مداخله‌گر و پیامدها بود. در بخش کمّی با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، همبستگی موجود میان داده‌ها مناسب بود و انسجام لازم و کافی را برای تبیین مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌های جذب داشت. بررسی شاخص‌های برازش نشان داد که مدل تجربی تقریباً از برازش مناسب و مورد تأیید برخوردار است. بنابراین، داده‌ها و اطلاعات به­ دست آمده با مدل مفهومی مطابقت دارند و برازندگی مدل را تأیید می‌کنند. یافته‌های پژوهش می‌تواند به برنامه‌ریزان و سیاستگذاران کمک کند تا تغییرات، تحولات و چالش‌های اثرگذار بر جذب دانشجوی خارجی را شناسایی و از آن برای بهبود ارتقای جذب دانشجوی خارجی استفاده کنند و تبادل برنامه درسی دانشگاه‌های داخل با دانشگاه‌های خارج را افزایش دهند.
