هوش اخلاقی در دانشگاه: کارکنان غیر هیئت علمی

چکیده
هوش اخلاقى به معنای ظرفیت و توانایى درک درست از نادرست، داشتن اعتقادات اخلاقى قوى و عمل به آن‌ها و رفتار در جهت صحیح و درست است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین سطح هوش اخلاقی اعضای غیر هیئت علمی واحدهای آموزش دانشگاه شهید بهشتی بود. پژوهش مذکور، پژوهشی با رویکرد کمّی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه‌ی پژوهش اعضای غیر هیئت علمی واحدهای آموزش دانشگاه شهید بهشتی بودند که تعداد 87 نفر از آن‌ها به روش تصادفی- ساده نمونه‌گیری و وارد پژوهش شدند. داده‌های مد نظر از طریق پرسشنامه لنیک و کیل(Lennick & Kiel) جمع ­آوری و با استفاده از نرم­ افزار Spss نسخه 16 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، سطح هوش اخلاقی کارکنان غیر هیئت علمی در واحدهای آموزش دانشگاه شهید بهشتی از دیدگاه آنان بالاتر از میانگین و در سطح بالایی ارزیابی شده است. همچنین، مؤلفه راستگویی بیشترین میانگین رتبه را داشته است؛ در مقابل، توانایی در بخشش اشتباهات دیگران دارای کمترین میانگین رتبه بوده است. مؤلفه های مسئولیت­ پذیری برای تصمیمات شخصی، عمل کردن مبتنی بر اصول، ارزش ها و باورها، وفای به عهد، فعالانه علاقه‌مند بودن به دیگران، استقامت و پافشاری برای حق، اقرار به اشتباهات و شکست‌ها، توانایی در قبول مسئولیت برای خدمت به دیگران و توانایی در بخشش اشتباهات خود به ترتیب کمترین میانگین رتبه را به خود اختصاص دادند. در متغیرهای دموگرافیک (جنسیت، سابقه خدمت، پست سازمانی، واحد سازمانی، سن و مدرک تحصیلی) نیز رابطه معناداری با سطح هوش اخلاقی کارکنان آموزشی دانشگاه شهید بهشتی مشاهده نشد. سطح مطلوب هوش اخلاقی کارکنان واحدهای آموزش در دانشگاه می‌تواند به ایفای مؤثر نقش دانشگاه در توسعه‌ی اخلاقی دانشجویان و به تبع نیروی انسانی در سطح جامعه منجر شود. در حقیقت می‌توان از طریق طرح‌های تشویقی رفتار مبتنی بر اخلاق در سیستم دانشگاه، وضعیت موجود و آینده را بهبود بخشید.

چکیده English

Moral intelligence means the capacity and ability to understand right from wrong, having strong moral beliefs and acting on them and behaving in the right direction. The purpose of the present study is to determine the level of moral intelligence of non-academic staff of Shahid Beheshti University. The mentioned research is a research with a descriptive-analytical quantitative approach. The research community included non-academic staff of Shahid Beheshti University's education units, 87 of whom were randomly sampled and included in the study. The data in question were collected through the Lennick and kiel questionnaire and analyzed using Spss version 16 software. Based on the findings of the research, the level of moral intelligence of the non-academic staff in the education units of Shahid Beheshti University is higher than the average and at a high level from their point of view. Also, the honesty component has the highest average rating, on the other hand, the ability to forgive others' mistakes has the lowest average rating. The desired level of moral intelligence of the staff of education units in the university can lead to the effective role of the university in the moral development of students and, consequently, human resources at the community level.
