چکیده
در این مقاله، ماهیت و ویژگیهای مهندسان جدید و مهارتهای کاربردی و ضروری برای آنان مورد بحث قرار می ­گیرد و استدلال می ­گردد که نظم بنیادین نهفته در کار و عملکرد این مهندسان، خود مجموعه­ ای از مهارتهای مدل سازی است. به علاوه، در مقاله حاضر، قواعد و خصوصیات لازم برای ایجاد این مدلها همراه با مجموعه ­ای از مهارتهای جانبی موردنیاز برای مهندسان، پس از بررسی و طبقه­ بندی انواع مدلها ارائه می­ گردد. در پایان، تجارب حاصل از ارائه دوره ­های آموزشی جدید و شاخصهای موفقیت این رویکرد در این مقاله به طور اجمالی مورد بحث قرار می­ گیرند.

چکیده English

 This cuticle discusses the nature and characteristics of new engineers, as well as the pratical skills required for them. It is also argued that the fundamental discipline underlying the practice of these engineers is composed of a number of modelling skills. Having classified the different kinds of ,nodels, the a,ticle then presents the essential rules and .,pecifications for making such models and surveys the seconde,y skills required for the new engineers. In conclusion, the experiences achieved jiwn the new training courses and the success indices of this approach are briefly discussed.
