طراحی سیستم خبره برای کمک به انتخاب واحد دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات

چکیده
در نظام آموزشی دانشگاه دانشجویان برای انتخاب واحدهای درسی، بسته به شرایط مختلفی که دارند، به راهنمایی برای انتخاب بهترین دروس و بهترین برنامه درسی در طول یک ترم نیاز دارند. ممکن است نبود اطلاعات کافی از ساعت برگزاری کلاس‌ها، تداخلات امتحانی، پیش­ نیازهای مربوط به هر درس، تنوع استادان و سایر شرایط، موجب انتخاب نادرست و سردرگمی دانشجویان شود. در این مطالعه سیستم خبره‌ای معرفی شد که هدف آن راهنمایی دانشجوی کارشناسی ارشد مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات هنگام اخذ واحد است. این سیستم خبره که در نرم ­افزار MATLAB نوشته شده است، با دریافت اطلاعات لازم درباره موقعیت درسی دانشجو و واحدهای گذرانده شده و بهره گرفتن از نظر خبرگان، پایگاه قوانین اگر-آن­گاه را تکمیل و دانشجو را برای انتخاب یک برنامه درسی مناسب، به­ مثابه یک خبره انسانی، کمک فکری می‌کند. سیستم پیشنهادی با استفاده از روش استنتاج فازی ممدانی و تعیین چندین شاخصه طراحی و سپس دقت آن با داده‌های آزمایشی ارزیابی شد و نتایج به­ دست آمده حاکی از مطلوب بودن سیستم بود.

چکیده English

In the university educational system, students, depending on their different conditions, need guidance to choose the best courses and the best curriculum during a semester. Lack of sufficient information about class hours, exam interactions, prerequisites for each course, variety of instructors and other conditions may lead to a wrong choice and confusion of students. In this research, an expert system is introduced that aims to guide a master student in Information Technology Management during course selection. This expert system, which is written in MATLAB software, by receiving the necessary information about the student's academic conditions and the courses passed and taking advantage of the expert's opinion, completes the database of IF-THEN Rules and allows the student to choose suitable courses. As a human expert, the system provides intellectual assistance. The proposed system was evaluated using Mamdani's fuzzy inference method and determining several design indicators, and then its accuracy was evaluated with experimental data, and the obtained results indicated that the system was desirable.
