رواسازی مقیاس نگرش به شهروند جهانی در دانشجویان دانشگاه سمنان

چکیده

سیمای جدیدی از مفهوم شهروندی با عنوان شهروند جهانی در حال شکل ­گیری و تکامل است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تهیه و رواسازی مقیاسی برای اندازه‌گیری نگرش دانشجویان به مفهوم شهروند جهانی انجام‌ شد. جامعه آماری دانشجویان دانشگاه سمنان در سال تحصیلی 1394-95 بودند (15214=N). شرکت‌کنندگان 460 دانشجو بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه ­ای از تمام دانشکده ­های این دانشگاه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه 37 سؤالی مدل مفهومی شهروند جهانی مورایس و آگدن بود. داده‌ها با روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی تحلیل شدند. چهار مدل رقیب شامل مدل تک عاملی، مدل هشت عاملی مرتبه اول، مدل هشت عامل مرتبه یکم با سه عامل مرتبه دوم، مدل هشت عامل مرتبه یکم با سه عامل مرتبه دوم و یک عامل مرتبه سوم آزمون شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که یک مدل عاملی مرتبه دوم شامل هشت عامل مرتبه یک در سه عامل مرتبه دوم از برازندگی و ایجاز مناسب نسبت به سایر مدلهای رقیب برخوردار است. بدین‌ترتیب سازه شهروند جهانی با سه بُعد کلی مسئولیت اجتماعی، صلاحیت جهانی و مشارکت مدنی جهانی می ­تواند ابزاری مناسب برای سنجش نگرش دانشجویان به موضوع شهروند جهانی در نظر گرفته شود.

چکیده [English]

A new feature of citizenship concept, as a global citizen, is emerging and evolving. The aim of this study was to validate a measure for students' attitudes toward the concept of global citizenship. The population of the study was students from Semnan University in 2016-17 academic year (N=15214). Participants were 460 students that were randomly selected from all colleges at Semnan University. The research instrument was Moraes and Ogden Global Citizen Model (2011), a 37-item questionnaire. Data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis. Four competing models including the one-factor model; the eight first-order factor model; the eight first-order factor model with the three second-order factor; the eight first-order factor model with the three second-order factors and the one third-order factor were examined. The results showed that the second-order factor model including the eight first-order factors in the three second-order factors had a favorable fit compared to other competing models.  Thus, the three-dimensional construct of global citizen including social responsibility, global competence, and global civic engagement can be an appropriate tool for measuring the student’s attitudes toward the global citizenship concept.
