چکیده

مشارکت در تدوین برنامه درسی و ارتقای فرهنگ برنامه ­ریزی درسی به ارتقای کارآمدی و اثربخشی برنامه درسی کمک می­ کند. با وجود این، به نظر می­ رسد متولیان آموزش ­عالی درک و باور درستی از فرهنگ برنامه ­ریزی درسی در دانشگاهها ندارند. هدف این پژوهش تدوین الگوی مفهومی ارتقای فرهنگ برنامه­ ریزی درسی آموزش عالی بود. این پژوهش از نوع پژوهشهای کیفی بود و با استفاده از رویکرد مبتنی بر داده انجام شد . جامعه آماری کلیه متخصصان در حوزه سیاستگذاری یا دارای سوابق اجرایی در آموزش عالی و متخصصان برنامه درسی آموزش عالی بودند. در پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از طرح کیفی و نمونه­ گیری هدفمند، مصاحبه عمیق با 29 نفر از متخصصان و صاحبنظران حوزه آموزش عالی صورت گرفت. به ­منظور تعیین روایی داده‌های کیفی از روش چک کردن اعضا استفاده شد. یافته ­ها نشان داد که مقوله محوری مطالعه حاضر ارتقای الگوی فرهنگ برنامه ­ریزی درسی آموزش عالی بود که در سه بعد دانش برنامه ­ریزی درسی، دغدغه برای برنامه ­ریزی درسی و عمل به برنامه­ ریزی درسی تحلیل و با توجه به شرایط علّی، شرایط زمینه­ ای و شرایط میانجی راهبردهایی تدوین و مدل نهایی بر اساس آن ارائه شد.

چکیده [English]

Engagement in curriculum design process and promotion of curriculum design culture contribute to curriculum efficiency and effectiveness. However, it seems that the higher education authorities do not have a clear understanding of the role of curriculum design at universities. This research aimed to define and propose a conceptual framework for the promotion of curriculum design culture in universities and institutions of higher education. This research was a qualitative research type that was conducted using the grounded theory approach. The research population consisted of all curriculum experts, curriculum planners, and policy-makers of the higher education system of Iran. Using qualitative research design and selective sampling, in-depth interviews were conducted with 29 higher education authorities and experts. To establish the validity of the qualitative data, the method of participants checking was deployed. The results of the research indicated that the promotion of curriculum design culture in higher education system acts as the core category, which itself made of three dimensions, namely knowledge of curriculum design, concern for curriculum design and execution of curriculum programs. The development strategies and a final model were proposed based on causal conditions, core phenomena and context conditions.
