چکیده

پژوهش حاضر از نوع آمیخته (کمّی_کیفی) بود و با هدف شناسایی تعیین­ کننده ­های فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان در نظام آموزش عالی دولتی کشور و ارائه راهکارهایی برای کاهش آن انجام شد. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش در بخش کمّی شامل تمام دانشجویان دانشگاهها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی دولتی وابسته به وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری کشور بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای(انتساب متناسب) تعداد 2635 پرسشنامه توزیع و جمع ­آوری شد. نتایج پژوهش در این بخش نشان داد که درصد چشمگیری از تغییرات واریانس فرسودگی تحصیلی در میان دانشجویان نظام آموزش عالی دولتی کشور با متغیرهای ناکارآمدی آموزش، عامل فرهنگی، تقلب علمی، اقتصاد-محور شدن آموزش، مشکلات خانوادگی، ضعف علمی و رفتاری استادان، مشکلات زیرساختی، عوامل حمایتی- انگیزشی و ویژگیهای شخصیتی دانشجویان تبیین و پیش ­بینی می ­شود. در بخش دوم با استفاده از روش دلفی برای شناسایی راهکارهایی مناسب به ­منظور کاهش فرسودگی تحصیلی در میان دانشجویان نظام آموزش­ عالی دولتی کشور با توجه به تعیین­ کننده ­های آن اقدام شد. در این بخش پس از اجرای سه مرحله، تعداد 32 راهکار شناسایی شد که دو سوم مشارکت­ کنندگان درباره اهمیت آنها برای کاهش فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان توافق داشتند. یافته ­های این مطالعه دستاوردهای نظری و کاربردی مناسبی برای کمک به سیاستگذاران، برنامه ­ریزان، مدیران و آموزشگران نظام آموزش عالی دولتی کشور برای کاهش فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان به همراه دارد.

the main purpose of identifying the determinants of students' academic burnout in Iran's public higher education system and providing solutions for its reduction. The statistical population of the research in the quantitative section included all university and institutes' students of higher education affiliated to the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in Iran. Using a randomized stratified sampling method, 2635 questionnaires were distributed among students. The results of this study indicated that a significant percentage of changes in the variance of academic burnout among the students in public higher education system were due to the ineffective variables of teaching, cultural factor, scientific cheating, economy-oriented education, family problems, faculty academic and behavioral weaknesses, infrastructure related problems, supportive-motivational factors and personality characteristics of students are explained and anticipated. In the second part, Delphi method was used to identify appropriate strategies for reducing academic burnout among students of public higher education system with regard to its determinants. In this section after the implementation of three stages, 32 strategies were identified, of which two thirds of the participants agreed on their importance in reducing academic burnout among the students. The findings of this study provides theoretical and practical achievements to help policymakers, planners, administrators and educators of the public higher education system to reduce the academic burnout among students.
