بررسی رابطه بین سبکهای تفکر و میزان خلاقیت با قابلیتهای کارآفرینی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی در دانشگاه بوعلی سینا همدان

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین سبکهای تفکر و میزان خلاقیت با قابلیتهای کارآفرینی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه بوعلی سینا همدان بود. روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری کلیه دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه بوعلی سینا همدان بودند که به روش نمونه­گیری طبقه­ای تعداد 150 نفر به­عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع­آوری اطلاعات مربوط به سبکهای تفکر از پرسشنامه استاندارد استرنبرگ، برای سنجش خلاقیت از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 37 سؤالی و برای سنجش قابلیتهای کارآفرینی از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 39 سؤالی استفاده شد. داده­ها با استفاده از آزمون رگرسیون چندگانه از طریق نرم افزار آماری spss21 تحلیل شدند. نتایج در سطح معناداری P<0/05 نشان داد که سبکهای تفکر مولد می­توانند پیش­بینی کننده میزان خلاقیت و قابلیتهای کارآفرینی دانشجویان  باشند.

چکیده [English]

This study was conducted to evaluate the relationship between thinking styles and level of creativity with entrepreneurial capabilities of Bu-Ali Sina University graduate students. The research method was descriptive- correlational. The statistical population included all Bu-Ali Sina University graduate students. Using, stratified random sampling, 150 individuals were selected. To collect information related to thinking styles, Sternberg's standard questionnaire was used.  A researcher-made questionnaire with 37 questions to measure creativity, and a 39 item researcher-made questionnaire to measure entrepreneurial ability were utilized. Data were analyzed using multiple regression test through SPSS21. Results indicated that (P < /em> <0/05) productive thinking styles can predict the creativity and entrepreneurial capabilities of students.
