تأثیر ویژگیهای کارآفرینی بر نیت کارآفرینانه در دانشگاه رامین خوزستان

چکیده
توسعه کسب و کار جدید از طریق کارآفرینی رشد و رونق اقتصادی را به­طور مستقیم  تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. با توجه به اینکه درصد بالایی از بیکاران دانش­آموختگان رشته‌های کشاورزی هستند، لازم است مشخص شود که کدام عناصر تأثیرگذارترین عوامل در شکل دادن به تصمیمات شخصی افراد برای
راه­اندازی کسب و کار جدید هستند. هدف این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر ویژگیهای عزت نفس، خودکارآمدی، خطرپذیری و شبکه ­سازی اجتماعی بر نیت کارآفرینی بود. جامعه مورد مطالعه دانش­آموختگان دوره کارشناسی از دانشگاه کشاورزی رامین خوزستان در سال تحصیلی 87-1386 بودند که تعداد 500 پرسشنامه برای آنان ارسال شد. از میان پرسشنامه­های برگشتی تعداد 123 مورد مفید بودند که به نحوی از طریق مطالعات پیگیری انتخاب شدند. اعتبار صوری پرسشنامه را متخصصان تأیید کردند. پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق مطالعه پایلوت آزمون و با استفاده از ضریب تتای به­دست آمده (90/0- 68/0) تأیید شد. نتایج نشان داد بین دانش­آموختگان کارآفرین و بدون شغل در متغیرهای عزت نفس و خودکارآمدی تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد. همچنین رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد دو متغیر خودکارآمدی و شبکه ­سازی می‌توانند 80 درصد از تغییرات نیت کارآفرینی را در آینده پیش­بینی کنند. نتایج این تحقیق می‌تواند برای طرح­ریزی طرحهای آموزشی مؤثرتر به­کار رود.

چکیده English

Development of new business through entrepreneurship directly impact on societies and economies growth and prosper. Due to the high percentage of unemployed graduates in agriculture, there is a need to clarify which elements play the most influential role in shaping the personal decision to start a firm. The purpose of this study was to investigate self-esteem, self-efficacy, risk taking and social networking on entrepreneurial intention. Study population was undergraduate students of the Khouzestan Ramin Agriculture and Natural Resources University during 2007-08. A total of 500 questionnaires were sent to graduates. Of the return questionnaires, 123 were useful, which were somehow selected through follow-up studies.  The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by pilot study and using the obtained teta coefficient (0.68-0.90). The results showed that there are significant difference between entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs in self-esteem and self-efficacy variables. The multiple regression, also revealed self-efficacy and networking significantly can predict 80 percent of variations intention toward future entrepreneurship. The results of this research can be used to design more effective educational programs.
