چکیده

تقلب در امتحان یکی از مهم‌ترین مواردی است که صداقت علمی را نقض و به­طور جدی کیفیت تدریس، قابلیت اطمینان در فرایند ارزیابی و اعتماد عمومی را به آموزش­عالی تضعیف کرده است؛ لذا، در مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر بروز تقلب در امتحانات با تکیه بر تجارب زیسته دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی به این مهم پرداخته شده است. این پژوهش از نظر رویکرد جزء رویکردهای کیفی با روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی است. با 26 نفر از دانشجویان با روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی مصاحبه شد. از تجزیه و تحلیل مجموع داده‌ها پنج مؤلفه استخراج شد که می‌توانند تجارب دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی از پدیده­ تقلب در امتحان را به تصویر بکشند که عبارت‌اند از: عوامل تربیتی، آموزشی، شخصیتی، اجتماعی و محیطی. نتایج پژوهش را می‌توان در دو مقوله کلی درونی و ساختاری دسته‌بندی کرد. عوامل درونی عواملی هستند که به استعدادها، ادراکات و دریافتهای شخص و همچنین محیط خانواده او مربوط می­شود و عوامل ساختاری نیز آن دسته از عواملی هستند که از محیط اطراف بر عملکرد شخص در ارتکاب به تقلب نیرو وارد می­کنند و اثر می‌گذارند.

چکیده [English]

Cheating in exams is one of the most important cases that had violated the scientific honesty and seriously had weakened teaching quality, reliability in the assessment process and public confidence in higher education. Therefore, his study aimed to identify factors involved in cheating in exams based on lived experiences of graduate students. A qualitative research approach with descriptive phenomenology method was chosen for this study. Using snowball sampling method, 26 students were interviewed. Five main themes emerged from the analysis of the data that can describe graduate students' experiences of cheating in exams. These themes were included: educational, instructional, personality, social and environmental factors. The results can be categorized in two main internal and structural factors. Internal factors are related to talents, perceptions, realization and family environment. Structural factors are the factors that affect the performance of a person from outside environment to do the cheating.
