هویت دانشجویی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در میان دانشجویان دانشگاههای یزد

چکیده

هویت اجتماعی حاصل عضویت و تعاملات فرد در گروهها و میدانهای اجتماعی مختلف است. هویت دانشجویی نیز به­عنوان یکی از ابعاد مهم هویت اجتماعی دانشجویان در نتیجه عضویت در گروه دانشجویی به­وجود می­آید که با حس تعلق و تعهد به این نقش اجتماعی همراه است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی هویت دانشجویی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در دانشگاههای یزد انجام شد. این تحقیق در رویکرد کمّی و با روش پیمایش انجام شد. داده­های پژوهش نیز به کمک پرسشنامه گردآوری شد. جامعه آماری شامل تمام دانشجویان در سال تحصیلی 93-1392 دانشگاههای یزد بود که 450 نفر با روش طبقه­ای متناسب انتخاب شدند. نتایج نشان داد که هویت دانشجویی بیشتر دانشجویان در حد متوسط است و بر حسب نوع دانشگاه، رشته تحصیلی، مقطع تحصیلی و حق انتخاب تغییر می­کند. متغیرهای سرمایه اجتماعی، چشم­انداز شغلی، امید به آینده، رشته تحصیلی و درآمد خانواده مهم­ترین متغیرهای تبیین کننده هویت دانشجویی هستند. تقویت مهارتها و سرمایه اجتماعی و فرهنگی دانشجویان در کنار رفع مشکلات شغلی و ترسیم امید و چشم­انداز روشن از آینده می­تواند احساس تعلق آنها به هویت
حرفه­شان را ارتقا بخشد و از این طریق دلبستگی و موفقیت آنها را در ایفای نقش افزایش دهد.

Abstract

Social identity is  the result of membership and interaction of an individual in different groups and social settings. Student identity, as an important aspect of students' social identity, is also a consequence of membership in student's group along with sence of belonging and commitment to the social role. The aim of this study was to investigate student identity and and its related factors in Yazd Universities. This research was completed by using quantitative  survey approach. Data  were collected via questionnaires. Statistical population included all students in 2013-15 academic year of which 450 individuals were randomly selected by stratified sampling method. Results indicated that the identity of most students were moderate and  are changed depending on the type of university, major, educational level and right to choose. Social capital, job prospect, hope to future, education and family income were the most important variables in student identity explanation. Reinforcement of skills and social and cultural  capitals in addition to resolving employment problems, and  picturing hope and clear vision of  the future can improve students' sense of belonging to their professional identity and thereby increase their involvement and success.
