چکیده

هدف این پژوهش ارزشیابی دوره­های پودمانی دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی بر اساس نیازسنجی بازار کار بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی – پیمایشی و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان مراکز علمی - کاربردی شهر زاهدان (N= 2540) در سال تحصیلی 1391-1390 بود که از میان آنها 315 نفر به روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای انتخاب شدند. داده­ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته گردآوری و به کمک روشهای آمار استنباطی تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که از دیدگاه دانشجویان این مراکز تدوین اهداف دوره­ها و نیز اجرای دوره­های آموزشی بر اساس نیازسنجی بازار کار بوده، ولی برای تدوین و ارائه محتوای دوره­ها نیازسنجی دقیقی صورت نگرفته است. نتایج همچنین بیانگر آن است که تحصیل در مراکز علمی -کاربردی موجب ارتقای شغلی و افزایش مهارت شغلی دانشجویان این مراکز نشده است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this descriptive – survey research was to evaluate modular programs in University of Applied Sciences and Technology based on a labor market needs assessment. The statistical population included all students (N=2540) in centers of Zahedan Applied Sciences and Technology University during 2011-12 academic year. Using categorical - random sampling method, 315 students were randomly selected. Data were collected by using a researcher made questionnaire and analyses were performed via inferential statistics. The results indicated that programs' goals and implementation of educational programs were based on labor market needs assessment. Nonetheless, there has been no detailed assessment for the development and presentation of programs' contents. The results also showed that studying in Applied Sciences and Technology centers have not initiated job promotion and skills advancement.
