چکیده

فرهنگ در هر جامعه ­ای از زمینه ­های اصلی رشد دانش­ است و فرهنگ دانشگاهی به ­منزله یکی از خرده فرهنگهای مهم آن تأثیر بسزایی بر توسعه دانش ­آفرینی دارد. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی نقش فرهنگ دانشگاهی بر دانش ­آفرینی از دیدگاه صاحبنظران نظام آموزش عالی بود که به روش کیفی و از طریق مصاحبه ­های نیمه ­ساختار­ یافته انجام شد. مؤلفه ­های فرهنگ­ دانشگاهی در ده موضوع دسته­  بندی شدند: استقلال دانشگاهی، آزادی ­علمی، اخلاق حرفه ­ای، مدیریت، ارتباطات، مشارکت و کارگروهی، فرهنگ ­یادگیری، اعتماد بین اعضا، نظام پاداش­دهی و ارزیابی. مشارکت کنندگان در این پژوهش وضعیت این مؤلفه­ ها را ضعیف و نامناسب توصیف کردند. مؤلفه­ های دانش ­آفرینی نیز در هشت موضوع شناسایی شدند، شامل روحیه جست­ و­جو­گری، رعایت اخلاق حرفه ­ای، مدیریت مشارکتی، نظام پاداش، اعتماد بین ­اعضا، اهمیت دادن به کارگروهی و تیمی، آزادی علمی و فرهنگ یادگیری. یافته ­های پژوهش نشان داد که از دید صاحبنظران، فرهنگ دانشگاهی ایران با مؤلفه ­های دانش ­آفرینی فاصله نسبتاً زیادی دارد و همچنین بین بسیاری از مؤلفه­ های فرهنگ دانشگاهی و دانش ­آفرینی همپوشی وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

Culture is one of the main substrates of knowledge creation. The academic culture as one of the main subcultures of the society has a great impact on the growth and development of knowledge creation. The aim of the present study was to identify the role of academic culture on the knowledge creation based on the perspectives of experts of the higher educational system by using qualitative method and semi structured interviews. The academic culture components were categorized into 10 themes including academic autonomy, academic freedom, professional ethics, management, communication, collaboration and teamwork, learning culture, trust among members, reward and evaluation system. Experts described the conditions of these components as poor and improper. The components of academic culture of knowledge creation were identified as 8 themes including seeker spirit, professional ethics, collaborative management, reward systems, trust between members, teamwork, academic freedom, and learning culture. The findings revealed that from the perspectives of experts, there is a relatively large distance between Iran's academic culture and cultural components of knowledge creation, and also, there is an overlap between many components of academic culture and cultural components of knowledge creation.
