چکیده

آموزش به‌عنوان یکی از کلیدی‌ترین ابزار ایجاد نیروی کار متخصص از مهم‌ترین نهاده‌های تولیدی است که در رشد و توسعه اقتصادی نقش مهمی دارد. از این رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر آموزش به‌عنوان شاخصی از سرمایه انسانی بر رشد اقتصادی کشور بود. داده‌های مورد استفاده برای30 استان کشور و برای دوره زمانی 1385-1380 از نشریات مختلف مرکز آمار ایران به‌دست آمد. برای برآورد الگو از روش حداقل مربعات دو مرحله‌ای (2SLS) بر روی داده‌های پنل استفاده شد. معادلات الگو، که اکچ آن را معرفی کرده نیز به‌صورت مقطعی برآورد شده است. نتایج گویای آن است که تمرکز بر آموزش به-عنوان یکی از شاخصهای سرمایه انسانی می‌تواند بر رشد اقتصادی کشور اثری مثبت داشته باشد.

چکیده [English]

Education as a key tool for the creation of specialized labor is the most production inputs that have a significant role economic growth and development. Hence, the purpose of present study was to evaluate the impact of education, as a human capital index, on Iran's economic growth. Therefore, needed data for country's 30 provinces were collected from Iranian Statistics Center's different publications during 2000-05. In order to predict a model, 2SLS method on panel data was performed and Moses Oketch recommended model equation were predicted by cross sectional method. Results indicated that focusing on education as one of the human capital indexes could have a positive effect on the country’s economic growth.
