چکیده

مقوله دانشگاه پایدار برخاسته از پارادایم توسعه پایدار و ناظر بر توسعه متوازن اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی جوامع است. می‏توان گفت که دانشگاه پایدار دانشگاهی است که فلسفه‏ آن مبتنی بر عقلانیت جوهری و تفکر سیستمی است و با بهره‏گیری از رویکرد میان‏رشته‏ای در آموزش و پژوهش، به‌صورت فراکنشی به شناسایی و حل مشکلات مبتلا به جوامع بشری اقدام می‌کند و مقصد نهایی آن تحقق توسعه پایدار برای نسلهای کنونی و آینده است. تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی مؤلفه‌های دانشگاه پایدار انجام شد. این تحقیق با استفاده از روش تحقیق آمیخته اکتشافی در دو بخش کیفی و کمّی صورت پذیرفته است. در بخش کیفی در قالب روش تحقیق گروههای کانونی و از طریق ابزار مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته، مؤلفه‌های دانشگاه پایدار از دیدگاه متخصصان و خبرگان دانشگاهی که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده بودند، شناسایی و دسته‌بندی شدند. در بخش کمّی تحقیق در قالب روش پژوهش توصیفی- پیمایشی و از طریق ابزار پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته دیدگاههای 375 نفر از استادان و دانشجویان دوره‌های تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه تهران که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده بودند، گردآوری و سپس، داده‌ها با استفاده از فرایند تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی (AHP) تجزیه و تحلیل و مؤلفه‌های دانشگاه پایدار و ملاکهای مرتبط با هر یک از آنها اولویت‌بندی شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مؤلفه نظام مدیریتی پایدار با وزن نسبی 311/0 دارای بیشترین اهمیت است و بعد از آن به ترتیب مؤلفه‌های نظام آموزشی پایدار با وزن نسبی 236/0، نظام پژوهشی پایدار با وزن نسبی 197/0، نظام مدیریت زیست‏محیطی با وزن نسبی 124/0، نظام تأمین مالی پایدار با وزن نسبی 086/0 و ارائه خدمات تخصصی توسعه پایدار با وزن نسبی 046/0 قرار دارند.

چکیده [English]

The sustainable university topic emerged from sustainable development paradigm that focuses on balanced economic, social and environmental development. Therefore, a sustainable university is defined as a university that its philosophy is based on substantive rationality and system thinking, using interdisciplinary approach in teaching and research to solve human community problems, and its final destination is sustainable development for current and future generations. The main purpose of this research was identification and prioritization of sustainable university's factors. This research was carried out by exploratory mixed method in two qualitative and quantitative parts. In the qualitative part, the focus groups research method was used and in the quantitative part analytical-descriptive research method was employed. The research population consisted of UT faculty members and graduate students. In the qualitative part, purposive non-probability sampling method and in the quantitative part, stratified sampling method was used for selection of students and faculty. In the qualitative part, semi-structural interviews with academic experts was conducted and in the quantitative part a researcher made questionnaire was used. To analyze the research data in the qualitative part, coding and encoding method was used while in the quantitative part Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) were utilized. The results of the study showed that a sustainable university has six main factors. The results of AHP indicated that from the perspective of faculty members and graduate students of UT, the factors of a sustainable university in order of importance based on their numerical weights are: sustainable management system (.311), sustainable teaching system (.236), sustainable research system (.197), environmental management system (.124), sustainable financing system (.086), and sustainable development outreach (.086).
