چکیده

در عصر اطلاعات، که نیاز جامعه به دانش آموختگانی که بتوانند به‌طور مستمر اطلاعات خود را به روز کنند و مهارتهای جدیدی را فرا گیرند بیش از قبل احساس می‌شود. همچنین، روزآمد کردن رشته‌‌های تحصیلی و ایجاد تغییرات در برنامه‌های درسی آنها متناسب با نیازهای متنوع و در حال تحول فراگیران در ابعاد مختلف امری ضروری محسوب می‌شود. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی میزان انطباق برنامه درسی رشته مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی با نیازهای علمی، فردی، اجتماعی و شغلی دانشجویان با روش توصیفی- پیمایشی بود. برای گردآوری داده‌‌ها و اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و مصاحبه نیمه سازمان یافته استفاده شد. این پژوهش بر روی نمونه‌‌ای متشکل از دانشجویان کارشناسی مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی، کارشناسی ‌ارشد برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی و کارشناسی ‌ارشد مدیریت آموزشی دانشگاههای اصفهان، تهران و شهید بهشتی انجام شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به‌دست آمده از مصاحبه از روش مقوله‌بندی و برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به‌دست آمده از پرسشنامه از آمار توصیفی استفاده شد. یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان داد که میزان انطباق برنامه درسی رشته مذکور با نیازهای دانشجویان کمتر از حد متوسط است؛ به عبارت دیگر، برنامه درسی رشته مذکور پاسخگوی نیازهای دانشجویان نیست.

چکیده [English]

In the information age, the fact that society is in need of graduates who can continually update their information and learn new skills is felt more than before. Updating academic majors and making changes in their curricula to suit the diverse and evolving needs of learners in different dimensions are considered essential as well. Using descriptive survey method, the aim of study was to investigate conformity scope of educational planning and administration curriculum with scientific, individual, social and vocational needs of students. A researcher-made questionnaire and semi-structured interviews were used to collect data and information. This research was conducted using a sample consisting of bachelor degree students who were studying educational administration and educational planning and master degree students in educational planning and educational administration at University of Isfahan, University of Tehran and Shahid Beheshti University. The categorization method was used for analyzing information obtained from interviews and the descriptive statistics for analyzing data from questionnaires. Results showed that the conformity extent of curriculum with students' needs was less than average. In other words, the curriculum program is not responsive to the students' needs.
