چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر فرهنگ رشته‌ای بر جامعه‌پذیری دانشجویان دکتری در دانشگاه تبریز بود. فرضیه مطرح شده این است که دانشجویان دکتری در رشته‌های مختلف علمی بنا به تفاوتهای رشته‌ای از تاکتیکهای جامعه‌پذیری متفاوتی(تاکتیک سنتی، تاکتیک ابزاری و تاکتیک مطلوبیت اجتماعی) برای موفقیت در زمینه‌ رشته‌ دانشگاهی خود استفاده می‌کنند. به‌همین منظور پیمایشی در بین 134 دانشجوی دکتری دانشگاه تبریز انجام شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین ابعاد فرهنگ رشته-ای و رشته‌های مختلف تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد، اما بین رشته‌های مختلف در تاکتیکهای جامعه-پذیری تفاوت وجود دارد. مضافاً آنکه متغیرهای تحقیق می‌توانند تاکتیکهای جامعه پذیری سنتی(170/0 R²=) و تاکتیکهای جامعه‌پذیری مطلوبیت اجتماعی (152/0R²=) را تبیین کنند. دستاورد تحقیق شناسایی نبود اجتماعات رشته‌ای است و بنابراین، به سیاستگذاران آموزش‌عالی پیشنهاد می‌شود که برای تقویت هویت رشته‌ای و فرهنگ رشته‌ای اقدامات مؤثری را انجام دهند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was to examine the impact of discipline culture on socialization tactics of doctoral students at Tabriz University. It was hypothesized that doctoral students in different scientific fields, according to discipline differences, use different socialization tactics (traditional, instrumental and social desirable tactics) for success in their field of study. For this purpose, surveying method was done among 134 doctoral students in Tabriz University. Findings demonstrated that there are not significant relationship between given dimensions of discipline culture and different fields, but the relationship between different fields on socialization tactics was significant. Moreover, research variables can determine traditional socialization tactics (R^2= 0.170), and socialization tactics of social appropriateness (R^2= 0.152). Research findings show lack of discipline societies. Thus, it is suggested to the higher education policy makers to take effective steps for the reinforcement of discipline culture and identity.
