چکیده

در دو دهه گذشته، جهان شاهد تغییرات بی سابقه‌ای در سایه انقلاب جهانی شدن بوده است. در این مقاله شیوه‌های رهبری در میان رئیسان دانشگاههای دولتی وابسته به وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری بررسی شده است. پرسشنامۀ روشهای رهبری که جزو نوآوریهای رهبری در عصر کنونی محسوب می‌شود، به عنوان چارچوب نظری برای بررسی روشهای رهبری رئیسان دانشگاهها انتخاب شده و جامعه آماری شامل 960 نفر از اعضای شوراهای دانشگاههای کشور بوده است. از این میان، 472 پرسشنامۀ سودمند از سوی اعضای شوراها دریافت شد. برای شناسایی عوامل معنی‌دار از تحلیل عاملی و چرخش واریماکس استفاده شد. پس از اجرای تحلیل عاملی چهار عامل قدرشناسی، مشارکت‌پذیری، نوآوری و الگو قرار گرفتن شناسایی شدند که این عوامل 2/79 درصد از واریانس کل داده‌ها را تبیین کردند.

In the past two decades, the world has witnessed extraordinary changes accelerated by the revolution of globalization. This article examines leadership practices among public university presidents affiliated with Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. The Leadership Practices Inventory which is considered as a leadership innovation in current era was used as a conceptual framework for the examination of university presidents. Questionnaires were sent to all 960 members of university councils. A total of 472 useable questionnaires were collected. Factor analysis with a varimax rotation was used for significant factors identification. This procedure accounted for 79.2% of the variance and identified four practices including, recognizing contributions, collegiality, innovating and modeling the way.
