چکیده

هدف از این مطالعه ارزشیابی کیفیت خدمات مراکز آموزشی دانشگاه پیام نور استانهای آذربایجان شرقی و غربی است. در این پژوهش در خصوص چگونگی خدمات مراکز آموزشی از 384 نفر دانشجو با استفاده از الگوی سروکوال داده‌های لازم در دو زمینه ادراک و انتظار گردآوری شد. تحلیل داده‌های به دست آمده حاکی از آن است که میانگین شکاف ادراک و انتظار دانشجویان از کیفیت خدمات مراکز آموزشی در همه مؤلفه‌ها و ابعاد الگو منفی است و در آزمون t در سطح 001/0 معنی‌دار است و این نشان می‌دهد که دانشجویان از کیفیت خدمات مراکز آموزشی دانشگاه پیام‌نور راضی نیستند و در ضمن، میانگین کل ادراک دانشجویان 68/2 درصد (زیر متوسط) و انتظار آنها 44/4درصد (بالای زیاد) است. همچنین، در مقایسه جنسیت و سال تحصیل (دوم و چهارم) دانشجویان تفاوتی در چگونگی کیفیت خدمات وجود نداشت و در بین رشته تحصیلی دانشجویان فقط سطح نارضایتی دانشجویان رشته کامپیوتر نسبت به سایر دانشجویان در آزمون f معنی دار بوده است.

چکیده [English]

 This study aims at evaluating service quality in Educational Centers of University of Payam Noor in East and West Azerbaijan provinces. In this research, the required data were collected from a sample of 384 students on two aspects of perception and expectation using SERVQUAL Model with regard to service quality of educational centers.    The research findings indicate significant and negative gap between students' perception and expectation of services quality of educational centers among all factors and dimensions of the model, using t-test (P=0/001). This means that students are not satisfied with the service quality of educational centers of Payam Noor University. Meanwhile, the mean of the students' overall perception is 2.68 (below average) and their expectation is 4.44 (above high). A comparison  between students gender and seniority (sophomores and field) didn't reveal any differences. A comparison of field of study it- was revealed that there is a significant difference in f-test between students of computer sciences and others.
