چکیده

هدف کلی این پژوهش بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر مشارکت دانشجویان در فعالیتهای پژوهشی و تولید علم است. روش تحقیق پیمایشی و همبستگی و جامعه آماری دانشجویان کارشناسی ‎ارشد دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تربیت مدرس بودند (95N=). با استفاده از روش تمام شماری اطلاعات جمع ‎آوری و در نهایت، 75 پرسشنامه تجزیه و تحلیل شدند (75n=). یافته‎ ها نشان می ‎دهد که مشارکت اکثر دانشجویان در فعالیتهای علمی و پژوهشی در حد مطلوب بوده است. نتایج حاصل از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که مشارکت در فعالیتهای پژوهشی با متغیرهای دیدگاه راجع به تحقیقات دانشجویی در کشور، تبادل علمی دانشجویان، دسترسی به تسهیلات پژوهشی، دیدگاه راجع به وضعیت مالی و پژوهش و توانایی علمی استادان رابطه مثبت و معنی داری دارند. نتایج حاصل از رگرسیون گام به گام نشان داد که متغیرهای توانایی علمی استادان و دسترسی به تسهیلات پژوهشی 2/58 درصد تغییرات فعالیتهای علمی و پژوهشی دانشجویان را تبیین می‎ کنند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence the students’ contribution in research activities and scientific production. The method of this research is based on survey and correlation analysis. The target population consists of M.S. students who study in the agricultural college in Tarbiat Modarres University (N=95). By full enumeration, finally 75 questionnaires were filled out and analyzed. The findings showed that the contribution of the students was desirable. The results obtained from Pearson correlation coefficient showed that the contribution in research activities have significant and positive relationships with variables such as:
- Students research in the country,
- Students scientific exchange,
- Access to research facilities,
- Views on financial and scientific capabilities of the professors.
The results obtained through step by step regression indicated that the variables concerning the professors’ scientific capabilities and access to research facilities explains 58.2% of changes in students, scientific and research activities.
