امکان‌سنجی کاربرد فناوری نوین اطلاعات و ارتباطات در برنامه‌ریزی درسی آموزش عالی

چکیده
در تحقیق حاضر امکانپذیر بودن استفاده از فناوری نوین اطلاعات و ارتباطات در حوزه برنامه ریزی درسی آموزش عالی بررسی و نیز امکان‌سنجی استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در فرایند برنامه ریزی درسی آموزش عالی از دیدگاه سه گروه بسیار مهم و درگیر با این موضوع؛ یعنی استادان، متخصصان برنامه ریزی درسی و متخصصان فناوری اطلاعات تحقیق شده است. هدف تحقیق یافتن پاسخ به این سؤال بوده است که «امکان استفاده از تحولات نوین فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در قلمرو برنامه ریزی درسی آموزش عالی تاچه اندازه و در چه زمینه هایی است؟»
این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی است و برای جمع آوری اطلاعات مورد نظر، و آزمون سؤالات، از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. پرسشنامه در شش بخش در مقیاس لیکرت و با سه گزینه تنظیم شد. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که گروههای سه گانه مورد تحقیق اختلاف نظر زیادی در خصوص اهمیت کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در فرایندهای برنامه ریزی درسی نداشته و بر این باورند که در موارد عدیده ای با توجه به امکانپذیر بودن رفع موانع و استفاده از عوامل تسهیل کننده و فرصت آفرین می توان کاربرد این فناوریها را در فرایند برنامه ریزی درسی امکانپذیر دانست.

چکیده [English]
This research is based on the feasibility study of using ICT in curriculum development in higher education. The possibility of using ICT in the process of curriculum development in higher education has been researched from the view point of three important and concerned groups with the subject namely professors, curriculum planners and the ICT professionals.The main purpose of this research is to answer to the question that in which fields and to what extent we can use the ICT`s new development in curriculum development in higher education?
This research is descriptive. A questionnaire is designed in six section using Lickert scale with three options. The findings show that three mentioned groups do not have much differences in their views about the importance in application of ICT in curriculum development. They also believe that in many occasions, this application of ICT will create new opportunities and enhances the curriculum development in order to meet the challenges in higher education.
