بررسی راههای تأمین منابع مالی دانشگاهها

As a kind of investment expense, the educational expenses such as those of higher education have always been considered an important issue. But since 1980 's, numerous factors have changed the resource reallocation processes within the education sector to the loss of higher education. As this is a !so going to be the case in Iran, it may be necessa,y or even essentia I to look for the ways and effective methods to solve this problem. There a re va riou.s solutions to this problem such as increasing the educational ejjzciency in universities, modifying higher education goals, making structural changes and providing new financial resources. But among these, only the latter has been covered and discussed in the present mticle. Having cla ,ijzed the flnancial status of the state higher education sector in Im n, this report then su,veys the different ways of providing financial resources for the universities all over the world and presents some suggestions in this regard. Of course, offering a variety of financing methods in higher education sector does not at all imply that the financial support of the government for this sector should be reduced, but the article just proposes that in order to attract Ju.tu.re financial resources, different methods of obtaining more income with different priorities may be applied. Meanwhile, the different mechanisms of obtaining financial support from the government for higher education sector should also be reviewed to achieve higher efficiency.
