تحلیلی بر مشکلات و تنگناهای آموزش عالی در کشور

This article analyzes the problems and straits in the Higher Education in Iran. Based on his ten years of experience in higher education, the author briefly explains the historical background of the universities and the higher education institutions. Then, he embarks on deciphering the higher education with regard to following components: 
Educational Planning and curriculum, faculty members, students, staff, scientific books and journals, laboratory, equipment and work-shops, instructional aid materials, managements and supervision at the different levels of the higher education, rules and regulations, universities organization, financial resources, education, researches and scientific consultations and executive services. He, then, analyzes the educational problems and straits in relation to the major elements in the higher education and also classifies the maincausing the above-mentioned difficulties as follows: internal, exterual and common factors.Finally, the conclusion is devoted to the problems of research in universities and research centers.
