آشنایی با آموزشهای علمی-کاربردی (تکنولوژیک)

This article introduces scientific-practical (technological) education and discusses its importance in the system of higher education. The author first points to the background and philosophy of this kind of education and believes that its official precedence is equivalent to the establishment of Dar al-Fonun by Amir Kabir in 1850. He then discusses the trend of its transformation up to the contemporary period. The author describes the establishment of the High Council of Scientific Practical Education and its organizational structure. The first section of this article includes practical recommendations aimed at encouraging the youth to enter technological fields. The author strongly believes that industrialization is the key to development for which the strengthening of scientific-practical fields is a necessity.
