چکیده

این مقاله اختصاص به معرفی آموزشهای علمی – کاربردی (تکنولوژیک) و اهمیت کاربردی آنها در نظام آموزش عالی کشور دارد. نگارنده ابتدا به سابقه و فلسفه ضرورت این نوع آموزشها پرداخته و قدمت رسمی آنها را مترادف با تأسیس دارالفنون در زمان امیرکبیر می­ داند و سپس، روند تحولات این آموزشها را تا زمان معاصر بر می ­شمارد. آنگاه تشکیل شورای عالی آموزشهای علمی – کاربردی را تبیین و ساختار تشکیلاتی آن را ترسیم می ­نماید. بخش پایانی مقاله اختصاص به توصیه ­های کاربردی داشته و پیشنهاداتی برای ترغیب جوانان در جهت ورود به دوره­های تکنولوژی ارائه می نماید. نگارنده سخت بر این باور است که صنعتی شدن کلید اصلی ورود به توسعه است و برای نیل به این هدف تقویت دوره­های علمی – کاربردی ضروری به نظر می ­رسد.

Acquaintance With Scientific- Practical (Technological) Education

چکیده [English]

This article introduces scientific-practical (technological) education and discusses its importance in the system of higher education. The author first points to the background and philosophy of this kind of education and believes that its official precedence is equivalent to the establishment of Dar al-Fonun by Amir Kabir in 1850. He then discusses the trend of its transformation up to the contemporary period. The author describes the establishment of the High Council of Scientific Practical Education and its organizational structure. The first section of this article includes practical recommendations aimed at encouraging the youth to enter technological fields. The author strongly believes that industrialization is the key to development for which the strengthening of scientific-practical fields is a necessity.
