As Pointed out in the previous article entitled ·''A Conceptual Framework for Manpower Estimation", The manpower matrices have been recognized as the most important factor in the human resources planning. The manpower matrices have articulated a range of perspectives based on different types of major jobs, duties and takes, academic subject and the educational levels. In this article, the author has provided the different types of matrices for distribution of the specialize, manpower for the academic year of 1986 in Iran. To this end, the paper devoted into three parts. In the opening part, he explains the lab our market changes of the specialized manpower in the two decades from 1966 to 1976 and from 1976 to 1986 in Iran. In the second part of article, the author attempts to acquaint reader with the manpower matrices. In the third part, the author formulates a especial, method for creating a state of balance, between the specialized manpower with their jobs. The author feels sure that the paper will generate much attention and will be received with considerable interest by educational planners.
