چکیده

هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی اثربخشی دوره های آموزشی کوتاه مدت مهارت های کارآفرینی بر دانشجویان و فارغ التحصیلان استان مازندران بوده است. بر این اساس ضمن مروری جامع بر ادبیات موضوعی مربوط، در قالب روش تحقیق کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی، بمنظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات از ابزارهای اسناد، مدارک، مصاحبه و بخصوص پرسشنامه، با ضریب پایایی 95% استفاده شد. در این تحقیق جامعه آماری 1511 نفر و نمونه آماری با توجه به محدودیتهای خاص جمع‌آوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات 214 نفر بوده، و آزمونهای آماری مورد استفاده، ران تست، آلفای کرونباخ، فریدمن و مدل معادلات ساختاری بوده‌اند، که بوسیله نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و Lisrel اجرا و محاسبه شده‌ است. به طور کل نتایج این تحقیق عبارتند از: در آزمون پایایی یا قابلیت اعتماد ابزار اندازه‌گیری، نتیجه آزمون نشان داده است که قابلیت اعتماد پرسش‌نامه در حد قابل قبول است. آزمون رتبه بندی فریدمن نشان داد، حداقل یک زوج از رتبه های میانگین اثرگذاری ابعاد مختلف متغیرهای تحریک انگیزه ها، پرورش ویژگیها و آموزش مهارتها، تفاوت معناداری با یکدیگر دارند. آزمون معادلات ساختاری با شاخص جذر برآورد واریانس خطای تقریب کمتر از 10 درصد و شاخص نیکویی برازش بیش از 9/0 است نشان داد، که کلیت مدل معادله ساختاری متغیرهای تبیین کننده اثربخشی دوره های آموزشی دانشجویان و فارغ التحصیلان استان مازندران تأیید است، و مدل فوق برازش خوبی از داده‌های دنیای واقعی داشته است. در پایان تحقیق، ضمن ارائه تفصیلی نتایج و یافته‌ها، موارد مذکور جمع‌بندی شده، بحث و مقایسه، پیشنهادات کاربردی و پیشنهادات مرتبط با ادامه و پیگیری تحقیقات مشابه در آینده ارائه شده است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study to evaluate the effectiveness of short-term training courses on entrepreneurial skills of students and graduates province has been. Accordingly, a comprehensive review of the literature about, in the form of library and field research methodology, in order to collect data and information tools for documents and interviews and questionnaires in particular, with 95% reliability coefficient was used. In this study population and sample cases in 1511 according to the specific constraints of data collection was about 214 people, and statistical tests used, hip test, Cronbach's alpha, Friedman and structural equation models were, by the SPSS software and run Lisrel are calculated. Overall results of this study include: the validity or reliability tests measuring tools, test results show the reliability of the questionnaire is acceptable. Friedman rank test showed at least a couple of average ranking variables affect different aspects of stimulation motives, breeding characteristics and skills training, are different from each other. Test structural equation estimation error variance with the square root approximation index of less than 10 percent and goodness of fit index of more than 9 / 0 is indicated, the whole equation structural model variables explain the efficacy of training graduate students and confirmed by province, and the model These data fit well the real world has. Finally, the research also presented detailed results and findings, summarize been mentioned, discussed and compared, and practical suggestions and recommendations related to follow-up continued in future similar studies is presented.
