چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل اکتشافی عوامل موثر بر ایجاد فلات شغلی در اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه های تربیت بدنی ایران می باشد. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی و به روش میدانی انجام شده ­است. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه کلیه اعضای هیات علمی دانشکده ها و گروه های تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی دانشکده های سراسری می باشد. که طبق اخرین آمار 38 مرکز آموزشی می باشد که جامعه اماری این تحقیق 369 نفر بوده است که تعداد نمونه آماری آن بر اساس فرمول کوکران 189 نفر محاسبه شد. در این تحقیق از پرسش نامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد که روایی صوری از نظر اساتید مدیریت ورزشی، روایی سازه آن از روش تحلیل عامل و پایایی آن به وسیله آزمون آلفای کرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفت. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده های تحقیق حاضر از روش های آماری تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و تحلیل مسیر به وسیله نرم افزار های spss و AMOS  استفاده گردید. نتایج تحلیل عامل نشان داد که در کل 4 عامل حدود 60 درصد واریانس ها را شامل می شدند. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که عوامل زیستی با تاثیر512/0 بیشترین تاثیر بر  بر ایجاد فلات شغلی در اعضای هیات علمی دارا بود.بنابراین با توجه به ضرورت عوامل موثر بر ایجاد فلات شغلی در اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه های تربیت بدنی ایران توصیه می گردد که مباحث مربوط به زیستی مورد توجه مسولین قرار گیرد.

This study aimed to analyze the factors affecting shelf exploration career in physical education faculty members of Iran. This descriptive study was conducted survey and field study. The study population included all faculty members of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences Faculty national groups are. According to the latest statistics are that 38 training center The population of the study sample size of 369 people, which was calculated based on a sample of 189 people. In this study, a questionnaire was used The validity of sports management, its validity factor analysis and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test. In order to present data analysis statistical methods exploratory factor analysis and path analysis by spss software and AMOS were used. Factor analysis showed that about 60% of the variance in total 4 factors were included. The results showed that biological factors influence 0/512 The biggest influence on the creation of the faculty members had a career plateau. Considering the importance of the factors affecting career plateau in physical education faculty members in Iran It is recommended that officials be considering issues related to biological.
