چکیده

دانشگاه پایدار از موضوعات نوظهور دانشگاهی است که در دهه اخیر دانشگاهیان سعی دارند تا به آن دست یابند. لذا، توجه به اقدامات دانشگاه ­های برتر در خصوص دانشگاه پایدار و استفاده از تجارب و شیوه ­های اقدام آنان در این خصوص، گنجی پنهان از دانش است که می ­تواند راهگشای سایر دانشگاه ­ها در مسیر پایداری باشد. در این پژوهش تلاش شد تا دانشگاه­ های برتر از نظر تنوعات عملکردی توسعه پایدار سنخ ­شناسی شوند. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی بود و با روش مطالعه توصیفی و تطبیقی و روش تحلیل محتوا انجام شد. نمونه هدفمندی از دانشگاه ­های برتر دنیا انتخاب شدند و فعالیت­ های آنان در حوزه توسعه پایدار با استفاده از اطلاعات موجود در وبسایت ­های دانشگاه­ ها و اسناد و مدارک مربوط بررسی شد. یافته ­های این مطالعه مدلی پنج بعدی را برای سنخ­ شناسی دانشگاه­ ها از منظر توسعه پایدار پیشنهاد داد که بر اساس درصد تنوعات عملکردی، دانشگاه پایدار کلاس اول در سطح "آغازین" قرار دارد و دانشگاه ­های کلاس دوم و سوم به ترتیب در سطح "موفقیت در مسیر" و "پیشرو" قرار دارند. همچنین بر اساس یافته ­ها، لازم است که دانشگاه­ ها الزامات پایه ­ای را برای قرارگیری در زمره دانشگاه پایدار داشته باشند و چنانچه دانشگاهی از این الزامات برخوردار باشد، می ­توان آن را در یکی از دسته ­بندی­های دانشگاه پایدار جای داد. این سنخ ­شناسی به دانشگاه­ ها این امکان را می ­دهد تا ضمن شناسایی نوع دانشگاه خود از منظر تنوعات عملکردی توسعه پایدار، به اقداماتی که حرکت در مسیر دستیابی به توسعه پایدار را امکان ­پذیر می­ کند، توجه کنند و هوشمندانه در این مسیر گام بردارند.

Sustainable university is one of the emerging issues that academics have been trying to achieve in recent decades. Therefore, considering the actions of top universities regarding sustainable university and using their experiences and their methods is a hidden treasure of knowledge that can be suitable for other universities on the sustainability road. In this study, an attempt was made to classify the top universities in terms of functional variations of sustainable development.The research was applied in terms of purpose and was conducted by utilizing descriptive, comparative and content analysis methods. A purposeful sample was selected from the world's top universities. Their activities in the field of sustainable development were reviewed using the information available on the universities' websites and related documents. The findings of this study suggested a five-dimensional model for the typology of universities from the perspective of sustainable development. Based on the percentage of model variations, sustainable first-clsss universities are at the "start of the path" level, and second- and third-class universities are at the "path to success" and "leading" levels, respectively. In addition, it is found that universities need to have the basic requirements for being a sustainable university and if a university has these requirements then can be placed in one of the categories of a sustainable university. Such a typology enables universities to identify and characterize their university in terms of the functional diversity of sustainable development and consider the actions that make it possible to move on the path of sustainable development
