چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی فرایند جامعه­ پذیری دانشگاهی دانشجویان دوره دکتری بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و بر اساس روش شناسی نظریه‌ زمینه ­ای و مصاحبه‌­های نیمه ساخت یافته با 31 نفر از دانشجویان دوره‌ دکتری و 9 نفر از استادان دانشگاه اصفهان صورت گرفت. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان ­دهنده ناکارآمدی و ضعف جریان جامعه­پذیری دانشگاهی در مقطع دکتری است. این مسئله متأثر از برخی شرایط علّی نظیر ضعف نظام آموزشی و پژوهشی، ضعف جامعه­ پذیری دانشگاهی استادان و بی ­کیفیتی تعاملات و همکاریهای علمی میان دانشجویان است. همچنین ضعف فرهنگ علمی جامعه، مسائل مربوط به ساختار و سیاستهای وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری و دانشگاه اصفهان از جمله عوامل زمینه ­ای مؤثر بر ناکارآمدی جریان جامعه ­پذیری دانشگاهی محسوب می‌شود. نظام انگیزشی و ارزشی دانشجو برای حضور در مقطع دکتری شرط مداخله ­گری است که جریان جامعه‌پذیری ناکارآمد علمی را تشدید می­ کند. دانشجویان بر حسب اتخاذ راهبردهای مواجهه با وضعیت موجود، در سه دسته‌ دانشجویان برنامه ­دار، منفعل و مشروعیت بخش قرار می­ گیرند. فرار مغزها، استقلال و خودشکوفایی علمی، قناعت و بهره ­مندی از شرایط موجود، بی انگیزگی علمی، احساس یأس و بی­ قدرتی و بداخلاقی و بی­ هنجاری علمی از جمله پیامدهایی است که هر سه دسته از دانشجویان متناسب با راهبرد اتحاذ شده کم و بیش آن را تجربه می ­کنند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of present study was to investigate the process of socialization of doctoral students. This research was carried out using qualitative approach, grounded theory and deep and semi-structured interview with 31 doctoral students and 9 faculty members at University of Isfahan. Findings indicated  inefficiency and weakness of academic socialization in the doctoral programs. This problem is consequence of some causal conditions such as weakness in instructional and research systems, weakness of faculties' scientific socialization and poor quality of scientific relationships and collaboration among students. Moreover, weakness in scientific culture, problems related to the structure and policies of Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, and University of Isfahan were among  contextual factors that contributed to the inefficiency of scientific socialization process. Motivational and value system of students for attending doctoral degree were intermediary factor that intensify inefficiency of scientific socialization process. Students are categories in three classes: students with plan, passive students and legitimizing students. Brain drain, absence of scientific interest, feeling of frustration and powerlessness, and scientific anomie and immorality were consequences that each group of students was more or less experienced.
