چکیده

هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی اثربخشی دوره‌های آموزشی کوتاه مدت مهارتهای کارآفرینی بر دانشجویان و دانش‌آموختگان استان مازندران بود. بنابراین، پس از مروری جامع بر متون مربوط در قالب روش تحقیق کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی از پرسشنامه‌ای با ضریب پایایی 95/. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات استفاده شد. همچنین جامعه آماری شامل 1511 نفر از دانشگاهها، مراکز کارآفرینی، اداره کار و امور اجتماعی و جهاد دانشگاهی استان مازندران و نمونه آماری با توجه به محدودیتهای موجود 214 نفر بود. نتایج آزمون آماری فریدمن و تحلیل مدل معادلات ساختاری به ترتیب نشان دادند که حداقل یک زوج از رتبه‌های میانگین اثرگذاری ابعاد مختلف متغیرهای تحریک انگیزه‌ها، پرورش ویژگیها و آموزش مهارتها، تفاوت معناداری با یکدیگر دارند و کلیت مدل معادله ساختاری متغیرهای تبیین کننده اثربخشی دوره‌های آموزشی دانشجویان و دانش‌آموختگان استان مازندران نیز تأیید شده است.

چکیده [English]

This study evaluated the effectiveness of entrepreneurial skills short-term training courses on college students and graduates of the Mazandaran province. A comprehensive review of related literature and a questionnaire with reliability of .90 were used for data and information collection. In this study, a population of 1511 individuals in Mazandaran’s universities, entrepreneurship centers, the Department of Labor and Social Affairs and the University’s Jihad was considered. Due to certain limitations, the total sample number was 214. Friedman test result, and Structural Equation Modeling analysis sequentially indicated that at least a couple of variables from the average rank’s effects of stimulating motives, nurturing qualities and skills training dimensions are significantly different from each other. As a whole Structural Equation Model for explanation of training courses’ effectiveness intended for students and graduates in Mazandaran Province is supported.
