چکیده

در مقاله حاضر ضمن بررسی و استخراج مسائل و چالشهای دانشگاهها در کشور ایران -در قالب 26 مفهوم- به رتبه بندی آنها از دیدگاه 260 نفر از دانشجویان دوره دکتری دانشگاه تهران بر اساس بالاترین میزان عینیت در محیط علمی آنان و بررسی تأثیر این مسائل بر جامعه پذیری دانشگاهی پرداخته شده است. در این مطالعه جامعه پذیری دانشگاهی از طریق چهار مقیاس شامل میزان تبعیت دانشجو از هنجارهای دانشگاهی، ارزیابی دانشجویان از میزان تبعیت محیط آموزشی از هنجارهای دانشگاهی، میزان تبعیت دانشجو از ضد هنجارها و ارزیابی دانشجویان از میزان تبعیت محیط علمی از ضد هنجارها سنجش و اندازه گیری شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که چالشهای اساسی محیطهای علمی که می تواند به عنوان موانع جامعه پذیری دانشگاهی به حساب آید و از منظر دانشجویان دکتری بالاترین رتبه را دارد، عمدتاً دارای ماهیت نهادی و ساختاری اند و عوامل فردی در سطح بعدی قرار می گیرند. همچنین، نتایج تحلیل روابط همبستگی نیز نشان می دهد که این مسائل به طور مستقیم بر پیروی دانشجویان از هنجارها و ضد هنجارهای دانشگاهی تأثیر ندارند، بلکه از طریق تأثیر بر تبعیت محیط علمی از هنجارها و ضدهنجارهای دانشگاهی، جامعه پذیری دانشگاهی و درونی شدن هنجارها در بین دانشجویان را تحت تأثیر قرار می دهد.

چکیده [English]

While reviewing the challenges and issues facing Iranian Universities, the current article sorts these problems and issues based on their outmost presence in the academic environment, in terms of 26 major categories according to the responses of 260 PhD students and investigates their effect on academic socialization of university students. Academic socialization was measured using four scales including 1) student's adhere to academic norms 2) perception of the students on the extent that these norms are observed within the academic environment 3) Extent that the students adhere to academic counter norms 4) perception of the students on the extent that these counter norms are observed within the academic environment. The results shows that challenges facing academic environment are the most important hindering factors in successful academic socialization of the students. These hindering factors are mainly institutional and structural and the individual factors are secondary. Results also indicates that these factors are not directly related to academic socialization but are mediated through student's perception of the extent that these norms and counter norms are observed within the academic environment.
