چکیده

هدف کلی تحقیق حاضر بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات توسط اعضای هیئت ‎علمی پردیس کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه تهران است. این تحقیق به روش پیمایشی انجام شده و از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه مورد مطالعه 200 نفر بود. به منظور جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌ای آنلاین طراحی و به آدرس الکترونیکی تمام پاسخگویان فرستاده شد. برای تعیین روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه به ترتیب از نظر متخصصان و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که سن، سابقه شغلی، راهنمایی پایان‌نامه، مهارت در استفاده از کامپیوتر و اینترنت، مهارت در زبان انگلیسی، تعداد آثار علمی و نگرش افراد به فناوری اطلاعات با استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات رابطه معنی‌داری دارند. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام نشان داد که مهارت در استفاده از کامپیوتر، نگرش افراد به فناوری اطلاعات، مهارت در استفاده از اینترنت و سن، 5/63 درصد از تغییرات متغیر وابسته را تبیین می‌کنند.

چکیده [English]

 The purpose of this study is to determine effective factors on IT application by faculty members. A descriptive-correlative research survey method was used. A total of 200 people had chance to participate in this investigation. For data collection an on-line questionnaire was designed and sent to participants’ e-mail addresses. Reliability and validity of instrument were respectively determined via opinions of specialists and application of Cronbach's Alpha. Findings show that there is significant correlation between IT application and age, years of services, number of dissertations supervised, computer and internet skills, English language skills, number of scientific publications and environmental, economic, technical and motive factors. Stepwise Regression Analysis showed that computer skills, motive factors, technical factors, internet skills and age predict 63.5 percent of variations of   IT application by faculty members.
