چکیده

مدت زمان کوتاهی است که در ایران شاهد پیدایش پارکهای علم و فناوری به عنوان یکی از اجزای مهم حرکت به سمت اقتصاد دانش محور هستیم. از آنجا که ظرفیت مثبت پارکها در توسعه اقتصادی در صورت وجود داشتن بازار مناسب برای پارک قابل بالفعل شدن است، توجه پارکها به محیط و مزیتهای محلی (منطقه میزبان) ضروری است.
با توجه به مطالعات صورت گرفته، وجود داشتن زیر ساخت مناسب علمی و فناوری در منطقه میزبان پارک در جذب مشتریان پارک مهم‎ترین نقش را دارد. اولین گروههای مؤسسات مستقر در پارک نقش مهمی در ایجاد هویت پارک دارند. در واقع، از آنجا که داشتن ظرفیت هم‎افزایی یکی از مهم‎ترین جاذبه‎های پارکهاست، مشتریان زمینه جذب سایر شرکتهای فناور در پارک را فراهم می‎کنند. معمولاً اولین گروه مشتریان از بازار محلی تأمین می‎شوند و بر این اساس بر لزوم ایجاد بازار مناسب محلی هنگام تأسیس پارکها تأکید می‎شود.
در این مقاله با بررسی موقعیت نسبی مناطق میزبان پارکها در ایران در فعالیتهای تحقیق و توسعه و نیز فعالیتهای صنعتی سعی شده است تا جایگاه نسبی علم و فناوری مناطق میزبان تعیین و بر اساس آن درخصوص مدل مناسب فعالیت پارکها بحث شود.

for moving toward knowledge-based economy. Potential benefits of science and technology parks in economic development could emerge actively if there is an appropriate market for them. The environmental factor is the most important factor in the success of science and technology parks.
Previous surveys have implied on importance of scientific and technological infrastructure of host regions in attracting the talents (customers) to science and technology parks. The first group of park’s talents does have a determining role in creating identity of science and technology parks. In fact, existence of synergy potential is one of the most important attractiveness of parks. The first groups of park’s talents are from local markets and provide suitable circumstances for attracting other knowledge -based companies to park.
In the present article, relative position of host regions of Iranian science and technology parks are studied through their R&D and manufacturing activities shares in the country. The paper will be concluded with some recommendations for establishing suitable activity models for parks.
