چکیده

هدف از نگارش این مقاله محاسبه هزینه سرانه دانشجوست. محاسبه هزینه سرانه دانشجو برای برنامه‌ریزی کوتاه مدت و بلند مدت آموزش‎عالی بسیار مهم و ضروری است. در این مطالعه دانشگاه تهران به عنوان یک نمونه انتخاب شد. هزینه سرمایه‎ای و غیرسرمایه‎ای به‎تفکیک دانشکده، مقطع تحصیلی و گروه آموزشی محاسبه شد که در بخش غیرسرمایه‌ای دو الگو مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. الگوی اول بر اساس تعداد واحد درسی و الگوی دوم بر اساس تعداد دانشجوست.
برای محاسبه هزینه سرانه سرمایه‎ای در بخش تأسیسات و ساختمان از سه الگو به نامهای تعیین استهلاک ساختمان، تعیین اجاره بهای فرضی ساختمان و اجاره بهای ساختمان ]با استعلام از بنگاههای مسکن[ استفاده شده است. در بخش محاسبه هزینه سرانه سرمایه‎ای مربوط به تجهیزات آزمایشگاهی روش مستقیم مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.
در جریان نتیجه طرح، نرم‎افزاری تهیه شد که می‎تواند برای محاسبه هزینه سرانه دانشگاهها و مؤسسات آموزش‌عالی مورد استفاده واقع شود. این نرم افزار همچنین، می‎تواند مدیران را در امر محاسبه و بودجه‎بندی یاری رساند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of the study was to calculate per student expenditures. Calculation of per student expenditures is vital for short and long time planning in higher education. In this study, university of Tehran was selected as case. Capital and non capital expenditures were calculated by colleges ,departments and expenditure levels . In non-capital two models were used.
The first model is based on numbor of courses and the second one is rolated to number of student. In capital per cost calculation of buildings and installaions we use 3 patterns: determining building amortization , determining building supposition rent and building rent (to call upon dwelling institutions to give information).
As the result a software that can be used for calculating expenditures institutions was developed.This software can assist administrators in calculating per students expenditures and budgetting.
