چکیده

باتوجه به اینکه منابع انسانی ارزشمندترین منابعی هستند که کشورهای درحال توسعه می‎توانند از آنها برای نیل به توسعه بهره ببرند، لازم است که این جوامع در خصوص آموزش نیروی انسانی برنامه‎ریزی کنند. دانشگاهها بهترین مراکزی هستند که در هر کشور به تربیت نیروی انسانی مورد نیاز جامعه می‎پردازند. سازمانهای آموزش و پرورش می‎توانند با همکاری دانشگاهها نیروی انسانی مورد نیاز خود را تأمین کنند. هدف از ارائه این مقاله آشنایی با علل گرایش معلمان دوره‎ ابتدایی استان کردستان به تحصیل در دور‎ه‎های آموزش عالی و ترتیب اولویت آنهاست.
روش تحقیق پیمایشی و برای جمع‎آوری اطلاعات از یک پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان دوره ابتدایی استان کردستان است که در مراکز آموزش عالی به تحصیل مشغول هستند. با استفاده از روش نمونه‎گیری تصادفی طبقه‎ای 260 نفر شامل 93 نفر زن و 167 نفر مرد انتخاب شدند که با ارسال پرسشنامه، اطلاعات از آنها جمع آوری شد.
برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از آزمون t ، تجزیه و تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیری و تحلیل واریانس استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که نیاز به ارتقای پایگاه اجتماعی (B=1.195) ، نیاز به افزایش توانایی کاربرد دانش و مهارتهای شغلی(B=0.546)، تمایل به تدریس در دوره‎های بالاتر تحصیلی (B=-0.346) و تمایل به احراز مشاغل بالاتر و مهم‎تر(B=-0502) بیشترین تأثیر را در گرایش معلمان دوره ابتدایی استان کردستان به تحصیل در دوره‎های آموزش عالی دارند.
در پایان با استفاده از دو روش کتابخانه‎ای و میدانی و بهره‎گرفتن از یافته‎های حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل رگرسیون و ماتریس همبستگی(رابطه هر یک از متغیرها)، با استفاده از روش تحلیل مسیر نتیجه مطالعه به‎‎صورت یک مدل ترکیبی نظری – تجربی ارائه شده است.

چکیده [English]

Since human resources are the most valuable ones that developing countries can use in terms of development process, it is necessary for these countries to plan for human resource trainings. In each country, universities are the best centers to train human resources, which is needed by the society. Educational organizations with the the cooperation of universities can provide the needed human resources.
The objective of this article is to recognize the Kordestan primary school teachers, motivations to participate in higher education programs and their preferences.
In this research the survey method and a questionnaire was used to gather research date. The population was the elementary school teachers who were participatcd in higher education programs. By using simple random sampling method 260 teachers were selected and the data were gathered. Multiple regression, t test and Anova methods were used to analyse the data.
The results showed that the need for social status (b = 1.195), the need to increase the ability of knowledge application and job skills (b=.546), the tendency to teach in higher grades (b=-.346) and tendency to obtain more important jobs (b= -.502) were significant perferences to participate in higher education programs.
At last, by using archive and field studies, and through regression analysis, correlation matrix, and path analysis, an experimental and theoretical model for teachers, participartion in higer education programs was developed.
