Abstract
The main objective of this paper is to rank and evaluate the Iranian Scientific Journals, using Pinski's method of size reduced matrix. Through computation of size reduced matrix of Iranian scientific journals, the "referencing interactivity", and "cited interactivity", characteristics of each journal were determined and the two indicators of "flow of information" and "overall system of interactivity11 were computed. Finally, the status of being the "emitter11 or "absorber" of information for each journal was determined. The contributions of faculty members, translated articles, and research articles for each journal were assessed and compared.
