How to send your article to the publication?

1. Registration in the system
2. Enter the names of all authors in the system
3. Upload all starred files
4. Receiving the commitment letter and conflict of interest form from the system and completing and sending it again

3. How is the process of evaluating articles?

First, the article is presented in the journal's editorial board meeting, and if it is in line with the goals of the publication, the related article is sent anonymously to one referee for initial evaluation or to three referees for evaluation. Then, if the referees give a positive answer, it will be sent to the author for corrections, and after receiving the author's corrections, it will be sent again for the final referee, and if the final referee's opinion is .positive, the article will be published

4. How long does it take to judge an article?

The average duration of this period depends on the response time of the referees and the review process of the .article, but it is usually two to three weeks

5. How to track the article sent to the system?

6. My article has been registered in the arbitration completion system, what does it mean?

If the article is in the initial or final stage, it means that the referee's answer has been received and the answer will be sent through the system and email in the meeting. Do not contact the journal, because the answer will be .announced at the meeting of the journal as soon as it is reviewed

7. What should I do if I forget my username and password?

Click on the login option at the top of the left page. Then on the option I have forgotten the password to enter the system! click. You will be asked for your email address. You will then receive an email that will allow you to change .your password

8. Is it possible to change the names of the authors in the article?

no According to the letter of commitment, the names and order of the authors will be determined. In this way, there is no possibility of any changes in the system after sending the article. Therefore, when submitting the article, be careful in entering the names of the authors

9. How is the acceptance letter issued?

To receive the letter of acceptance, the responsible author can receive the acceptance certificate from the system after the final acceptance of the article or send an email to the expert of the publication if the signature and seal of .the publication is required

10. Is it possible to send your article to several journals at the same time?

no This is against publishing ethics. If this is done, your article will not be published, and if it is published, it will be discredited. Then your name will be blacklisted in the journal and no other articles from you will be accepted. Also, the name and details of the authors will be provided to the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology due to the .violation
