Analysis of Educational Obstacles for Expansion of Nanotechnology Agricultural Sector from the Viewpoints of Researchers

Abstract
The main purpose of this research was to analysis of educational obstacles for expansion of nanotechnology in Iranian agricultural sector. Research Method was explanatory and analytic. One hundred and twenty eight out of a total of 190 researchers of nation centers of Agricultural Jahad Ministry familiarity were randomly selected and were interviewed for this research. Validity was estimated by experts, suggestion and reliability by using Cranach’s alpha formula. The results of a factor analysis showed that variation for seven factors. It was 18.896 percent, for managerial factor, it was 11.946 percent, for human resources factor, it was 9.724 percent for planning factor, it was 9.399 percent for experts factor, it was 9.177 percent for attitudinal factor, and it was 7.559 percent, for lack of information factor. These factors with different variations were the most important educational obstacles for nanotechnology development in agricultural sector.
