The Survey of Entrepreneurial Attitudes Barriers of Students

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine entrepreneurial attitudes barriers of students. Therefore, the survey of relationship between “barriers attitudes” (including :management style, characteristics of teachers, finance-administrative system, personnel performance, characteristics of students ,characteristic of equipment, characteristic of campus & curriculum content) and entrepreneurial attitudes (including: cognition, affection and conative behavior) is the mission of this paper. Entrepreneurial attitudes are evaluated with respect to the following factors: need for achievement, autonomy orientation, self-esteem, innovation and creativity and risk taking. Base on the results of research, coefficient correlation between factors of barriers and entrepreneurial attitudes are: 0/192, 0/295, 0/158, 0/194, 0/385, 0/082, 0/082& 0/230 respectively. On the other hand, “Sing test” results has observed that management style, finance-administrative system, personnel performance and curriculum content has been cognized as “interior -university barriers”.
