An Analysis of a Joint Collaboration Between Industry and University Based on National Doctrine of Innovation in Technology

Abstract
The main aim of this article is to give a new explanation about association of industry and university. Based on this goal , the article tends to define conceptually the two systems of (1) system of innovation and (2) system of innovation in technology. Then it refers to the commonalities and differences between these two systems. Finally , it tries to study empirically the relationship between industry and university in Iran by employing the Granger test. It concludes that there is no a significant relationship between university and industry in Iran.
