An Analysis of the Career Planning

Abstract
This article attempts to analyze different concepts and dimension of professional life. The author starts with dealing with the strategic planning in connection with human resource planning. He investigates personal, social and professional life. He, then, refers to the sequences of careers ''posts" and organizational systems analyzing the concrete and theoretical aspects of them. In this respect, development of professional life from the organizational view point as well as that of the individual, planning the promotion of prof ossional life, its stages and planning skills are taken into consideration. The author, then, embarks on dealing with the role of higher education enhancing the professional life with respect to the components of the qualitative promotion, change of attitute, improving human resources, providing sources compiling self-learning materials as well as conducting researches.
