Abstract
This report is sought to introduce the Institute for Research and Planning in Higher Education. To fulfill this goal, the author briefly, deals with the historical background of the institute. Then, objectives, duties, structure, organizational posts, facilities, personnel and financial resources, physical facilities, library and information service will also be dealt with. At the end, the activities of the institute in the realm of research, planning, training, publication and scientific consultations will be provided. This report has been written by Mr.mohammad Javad Bakhshi, a faculty member of the Institute for Research and Planning in Higher Education, whom we thereby thank.
