The importance of Education and its great importance on economic, social and cultural developments has been stressed upon in this paper. The paper attempts to make on economic study on tuition in Higher Education as well as: 1) analyzing the nature of education, 2) explaining the requirements of the higher education in the country, 3) briefly discussing the privatization in the educational institutes, and 4) dealing with internal efficiency of the universities. Finally the probabie problems that may emerge due to the payment of universities tuition will be discussed.
