Abstract
The present article explains the theoretical and philosophical foundations of educational workshops as one of the factors in the development of specialized human resources. The author first presents the history and necessity of workshops and analyzes the concepts related to them. He then discusses how educational workshops are held in accordance with scientific standards and presents a case study of a workshop that has been held.
