Acquaintance with Kavosh Research Park In Iran

The opening of this report draws attention to the rationale behind the formation and the importance of setting up the Research Park in Iran. 
The need for the establishment of a research park had been stressed in various meetings of senior authorities and a feasibility study was launched by a team of researchers from the Vice-President Office in the Executive Affairs. 
The team concluded that the Heljerd of Karaj in Tehran state could be a suitable place for a such park The Park will function as a professional support service providing research data information and facilitating material exchanges throughout the country as well as the world. 
The major activities of the Park will be centered around the fundamental, applied and developmental research, exchange of information and provision of services that will permit the development of more efficient and effective research and educational programs within the country and the world. 
In the course of its operation, the Park will utilize the services and facilities of its member organizations including 11 research centers from the universities, institutions, minis.tries and agricultural and industrial sectors. 
The remainder of this report is devoted to the fallowing up and future plan for .expansion and .construction of the Park 
The report ends up with .an acqu-aintance readers with the research parks in Japan, the former U.S. S.R and the Republic of Korea.
