University Student’s Assessment of Entrepreneurial Environments and its Relationship with Entrepreneurial Intention

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between five key factors for entrepreneurial environments and entrepreneurial intention in University of Tehran. The five factors of entrepreneurial environments included government policies and procedures, socioeconomic conditions, entrepreneurial and business skills, financial assistance, and non-financial assistance, respectively. The research method used was a survey as a descriptive method of research. In this study, conjoint analysis was used to determine the significance of relationship between environmental factors and entrepreneurial intention. Significant relationships were found between all of these environmental factors and environmental intention. Comparative importance of environmental factors was also calculated, along with sub-conjoint analyses based on characteristics of the sample.
