Abstract
This research was conducted to identify knowledge capacity role in Entrepreneurial consequences in Iranian Agricultural Research Institute. A co-relational research method was used for data analysis. Statistical population for the study consisted of 2768 faculty members and researchers in centers and research stations affiliated with Ministry of Jihad-e-Agriculture. One out of each six regional groups of provinces and 320 researchers from them were randomly selected using Cochran’s sampling methodology. Research instrument consisted Likert scale for latent variables measurement. Validity of the questionnaire was analyzed using discriminant validity. Also composite reliability coefficient was calculated. The Structural Equation Modeling was employed by LISREL 8.54 software package. The research results indicated that knowledge capacity is formulated by acquisition of knowledge, knowledge interpretation and knowledge distribution components. Knowledge acquisition and knowledge interpretation components have a significant role in transfer and entrepreneurial research and development dimensions, while knowledge distribution has no significant effect on research and development dimensions in Iranian agricultural research system.
